Why we do this
We look after other people’s pets for a living, and we take it seriously. That means turning up when we said we would, doing what we agreed, and telling you the truth about how it went.
Every pet we take on gets its own file — how it behaves, what it eats, which vet it goes to, and what to do if something is wrong. It gets read before every booking, not filled in once and forgotten.
What you get, every time
These are not aspirations. They are how a booking works here, and you can hold us to all four.
We ask before we start
Before your first booking you fill in a profile for your pet and sign a short agreement. It takes a few minutes and it means nobody is guessing on the day.
We know your vet
Practice, address, and the out-of-hours number that actually gets answered. You tell us in advance how much we can authorise if we cannot reach you.
You hear from us
Photos and an update on every booking. If something went wrong, you hear that too — quickly, and from us rather than from a neighbour.
It is all written down
Prices, cancellation rules, what we may do in an emergency. Nothing is a surprise and nothing is buried in small print.
